Apply generally to first time, move-in and move-out cleaning . It is generally combined with the standard cleaning services.

Pets, plants, home care during travel

• Payment is due at the time of service. Any payment not made at the time of service without prior arrangement will incur an additional daily fee of $ 5.00
• Cancellation made in less than 72 hours of the day of scheduled cleaning will incur a charge of $25.00. Keep in mind that your maid is schedule in advance to serve you. A late cancellation will prevent him or her from working that day therefore preventing them from earning a daily income. 
• All returned checks by your bank is subject to a $25.00 additional charge.
• All problem areas notified to Fresh Breeze, within 24 hours after services will be recleaned at NO additional charge to the client.
